I’m Joane, a 24-year-old graphic designer and illustrator
… From Bilbao, actually in Milan
After graduating in Publicity and PR, I ventured to Lisbon to explore the world of graphic design. There, I worked in the communication department of an interior design studio. Meanwhile I also created and developed my own brand: Alora.
This brand gave me the chance to enhance my skills in illustration and brand management, two areas that I was very curious about. But that was just the beginning, cause I soon realized I needed more to truly grow. That’s why I finally moved to Milan, the core of design. The Visual Design master’s program by SPD, Scuola Politecnica di Design, was the key to my journey.
